Very important and differentiating reactions! A positive reaction is a colour change to greenish or bluish or greyish. Be sure that you do not misinterpret a similar colour change of root cell remnants on your mantle preparation as a positive reaction, or an originally greenish or bluish colour of the hyphae. The kind of reactions should be noted separately.
